Like all good supernova, Faker have taken their time to explode. Their debut album, ‘Be The Twilight’, was released nine years after the band first formed. In that time, the guys have been able to input time and energy into crafting their live performance into a unique experience, and that’s exactly what they delivered. Monday Night Livers were treated to a display of infectious, botty-shakin’ pop-rock classics, from the record-breaking ‘This Heart Attack’ to the brand new single ‘Are You Magnetic’. Lead singer Nathan Hudson took his performance to new heights; jumping on top of speaker stacks and hanging from roof railings, while simultaneously belting out contagious tunes. Through all of the sparkle, one thing was made quite clear; this band is going places.
The star is born and Faker are shining brightly.
