If Tall Dwarfs had only done one or two albums, this would have seemed like a more impressive document. But new ground isn't broken here. It's more of the same eclectic melange of homespun, latter-day psychedelia. The converted will have no complaints. But for the money Weeville's much better when it abandons the arty noise for acoustic guitar driven and airy melodies, as it does here on a number of occasions. ~ Richie Unterberger, Rovi
