Marc Anthony has been forced to deny wife Jennifer Lopez is expecting their first child.

Anthony, however, maintains it's all false.

"Everyone calls about this every month with the hopes that they'll hit the mark. But no, it's not true," Anthony's publicist revealed yesterday.
