[Source: NME.com] Franz Ferdinand have revealed the lyrics to a new song to their fans before ever playing it live or releasing it.

The lyrics to the song “Lucid Dreams”, slated to appear on the band’s forthcoming third album, appear in the latest edition of the band’s official fan club magazine, as notes handwritten by frontman Alex Kapranos.

Fans can sign up to the band’s fan club through the Franzferdinand.co.uk.

Meanwhile, the follow-up to 2005's You Could Have It So Much Better is expected to be released in mid-2008.
