[source: NME.com] Prince will play the half-time show at the Super Bowl in February. The Rolling Stones played this year's event, although they were asked to censor several of their lyrics. It's believed this move followed Janet Jackson's infamous nipple-bearing performance at the 2004 Super Bowl, which saw broadcaster CBS fined a record AU$638,000. The Super Bowl is one of the most watched television events in America and past half-time shows have featured the likes of U2 and Paul McCartney.
