Aussie pop icon Kylie Minogue is set to take on one of her biggest television audiences ever next week, performing on the smash hit US television show “Dancing With The Stars”. With more than 20 million people watching celebs such as Priscilla Presley and Monica Seles taking to the dancefloor, it’ll be a chance for the 39-year-old blonde to showcase tracks from her latest LP, X – which goes onsale the very same day in America. According to the “2 Hearts” singer, she was determined with X to show fans she could still sing following her battle with breast cancer, telling US media the album was a testament to her newfound resolve.

“I wanted to know that I could still go into a studio and sing and perform, and thankfully all of that was like riding a bike, but actually easier, because with everything I’d been through, I felt quite liberated,” Minogue told Interview magazine recently. “And it was important for me to put some personal tracks in there.”
