They’ve dropped their exclamation mark and now Las Vegas rockers Panic At The Disco have unleashed their latest LP, titled Pretty Odd – plus they’ve also revealed plans to head back down under this August for a series of stadium shows. With their debut LP, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, being written when band members were around 17-year-olds, the “Nine In The Afternoon” four-piece now average about 20 years in age, with the new LP (released this week) promising more of the theatrical, dynamite anthems fans across the globe have come to love. Supporting PATD on their national trek is Chicago five-piece The Academy Is…, who’re currently working on the follow-up to 2007’s Santi. Tickets go on sale Tuesday 15 April. And dates are:

Wednesday 20 August – Brisbane Entertainment Centre, QLD

Friday 22 August – Acer Arena, Sydney, NSW

Saturday 23 August – Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne, VIC

Monday 25 August – Adelaide Entertainment Centre, SA

Wednesday 27 August – Burswood Dome, Perth, WA
