It’s one of the most highly anticipated films of 2008 and due out later this month: Sex And The City.
Now it’s been revealed that
Black Eyed Peas singer
Fergie has recorded the show’s theme song… but only after receiving an early screening of the fashion-friendly pic.
According to writer/director Michael Patrick King, the ‘Glamorous’ singer was thrilled at being asked to be a part of the film, but it took some convincing to make it actually happen.
“When we first approached Fergie, her music company said she’s really, really busy,” King says, “and then she said very bargainy, ‘Let me see the movie!’ So we had a private bootleg screening for Fergie – and then recorded it almost immediately.”
