Splendour in the Grass tickets went on sale yesterday morning... and have already sold out. Missed out? Sideshows are starting to be announced; amongst the first cabs off the rank are hot Scots, The Fratellis.

 This is their first Australian tour and they will be sure to thrill the fraternity with tracks from their first album, Here We Stand. They'll be playing Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Here We Stand is out in Australia on Saturday 7 June.

 Iceland's finest, Sigur Ros, have also announced they will be playing sideshows while in Australia. To date, so will Laura Marling and "Backfire at the Disco" three piece, The Wombats. Californian blues-rock quartet, Cold War Kids, have announced sideshows for Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
