He's already produced music for Justin Timberlake, Fergie, Snoop Dogg and Nas, but
Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am may soon add
Michael Jackson to his CV. "Man, he still sings like a bird," will.i.am told US music industry mag Billboard. will.i.am admitted the pair have been talking frequently on the phone, not only about music but also about new technologies such as social networking sites and downloading. "He could go anywhere," the Grammy-nominated producer said. "I think we have a real opportunity to do something here. It's either gonna be really big or nobody's gonna care. Ain't no middle ground on this one." Jackson's next album is set to be released at the end of 2007 on the Bahrain-based Two Seas Records. "I like what he is doing and thought it would be interesting to collaborate or just see how the chemistry worked," Jackson told TV show Access Hollywood back in October. "I think he's doing wonderful, innovative, positive, great music." The new LP will be Jackson's first release since 2001's Invincible.
