Celebrating the birth of their brand new baby son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, Hollywood celeb couple Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are set to make some serious cash – by selling the first baby photos to a magazine.

According to publicist Howard Bragman, the musical couple (Wentz the bassist in Chicago rockers Fall Out Boy) can expect to receive two million dollars for the highly coveted deal. “I see Ashlee and Pete coming in at the low seven figures mark,” says Bragman. “Two million seems like a good, solid figure for Ashlee and Pete. It’s a two-celeb couple, so that’s a boost for them. Keep in mind, last year, Ashlee was the girl who sang along to the tape recorder. It was a PR nightmare. Now, she’s a newlywed and a new mum, so she’s a lot more relatable.”

Whether or the not the couple should retain the cash they’ll earn is another matter. While Jennifer Lopez admitted to pocketing $6 million for her twins – money she says she’ll invest for their future – the couple might want to take heed from the ultimate celebrity couple...

“Nobody does this better than Angelina [Jolie],” says Bragman. “She and Brad Pitt have been very careful to make it clear that the money they’ve been getting has been part of their charity outreach work. The big bucks are a nice perk, but for them, the publicity is priceless.
