Not exactly known for her shyness, British pop starlet Lily Allen accidentally sent a saucy text message – complete with attached topless photo – to Ricky Wilson, the frontman of UK rockers Kaiser Chiefs.

According to the 23-year-old “The Fear” singer, she was on holidays when she made the “innocent” mistake. “Ricky goes to me, ‘I got this weird text the other day from Lily Allen of her topless,’” joked BBC Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles yesterday, in an interview with the star. “‘And I’m looking at it going why has she sent me that? Literally a minute later, ‘beep beep... Sorry, wrong Ricky!’”

“That was really embarrassing,” Allen replied. “I was completely topless. It was meant for Rick Astley!”

On a more serious note, the singer says she suffered quite serious depression after undergoing a miscarriage last year, spending three weeks in “a nuthouse”. “I’d kind of lost the plot a bit. It was quite a nasty time,” she confessed to the Daily Telegraph. “It was quite nice being in there. No one could get to me; no one knew I was there. Maybe if I had stayed pregnant and had the baby then things would have worked out between me and Ed,” she says, referring Chemical Brothers Ed Simons. “I don’t know. You could drive yourself insane thinking about it.”
