[Source: NME.com] Pink Floyd are suing their record label, EMI, over royalty payments.

The seminal psychedelic rockers have filed a lawsuit against the company, claiming that they have miscalculated royalties owed to them through sales of their back catalogue.

The amount the band are seeking has not been disclosed, reports The Observer.

Pink Floyd signed to the label in 1967 and since enjoyed enormous record sales, which have only been outstripped by The Beatles in the past 25 years.
