Currently performing in the UK in the midst of her current “Circus” world tour, pop star Britney Spears has a new problem: previously unseen nude photos leaking into the tabloids. The snaps – which show the singer topless, and wearing fake tattoos and a wig – were allegedly taken back in 2007, when the 27-year-old singer was filming the raunchy video for her hit “Gimme More”.

Published in tabloid News Of The World over the weekend, the pics appear to be revealing cutaways from the song’s video clip. Spears is reportedly unhappy with the shots’ publication, particularly as they were taken during a difficult time for the singer (she lost custody of her sons just days after the video’s debut).

Spears is still fighting off more legal battles, the latest being a lawsuit brought by her former manager, Johnny Wright. According to the LA Times, Wright (who looked after the singer 1999 to 2003) is seeking owed monies.
