They’re one of the best live bands in the world, hitting the top of the Australian charts with their previous LP, 2006’s Black Holes And Revelations.
Now Matt Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Chris Wolstenholme – aka Devon trio
Muse – have revealed the release date for The Resistance, their brand new LP. Monday 14 September will see the “Knights Of Cydonia” outfit’s fourth longplayer hitting the airwaves, with the band telling fans via their website that “more information and a track-listing” will be revealed shortly.
The record was produced by the band and mixed by Mark Stent (
Björk,
Depeche Mode,
Oasis) and was recorded in Milan and Lake Como in Italy.
First single from the LP is likely to be “United States Of Eurasia”.
