Joel Madden, the singer/guitarist with Maryland outfit
Good Charlotte and partner of socialite Nicole Richie, says he can’t wait until the couple meet their forthcoming second child.
According to the “Keep Your Hands Off My Girl” 30-year-old rocker, the second time around as a soon-to-be parent is definitely a less stressful experience than the wait for baby number one, daughter Harlow.
“It’s a lot easier,” Joel told People magazine, during a DJ session alongside his twin brother Benji at the Priva Las Vegas casino club. “You’ve already been through it and it’s not as intense and dramatic. We’re a little more relaxed. It’s actually kind of nice.
“We don’t know what the sex is,” he continued. “We waited on the first one and it was such an awesome experience that we can’t wait to see what the next one is. It’s exciting to wait it out.”
Good Charlotte are currently working on their fifth studio LP, tentatively titled Cardiology and due out in late 2009.
