They had one of the biggest singles of 2008 in “Sex On Fire” and now Tennessee rockers Kings Of Leon have been scooped up for a remix by none other than pop star Justin Timberlake.

Turns out the 28-year-old singer is a big fan, and has lent his talents to reinterpreting last year’s “Use Somebody” single, a remix he describes as “really cool”.

“I don’t know if it will see the light of day but I did a remix for them of ‘Use Somebody’, which is really cool so maybe you’ll get to hear it,” he told Star magazine. “I met Caleb Followill and the boys and we hung out. I never knew but some of them used to live out in Middleton, Tennessee, a few miles from where I grew up playing baseball.”

As yet, there’s no plans to release the song. Kings Of Leon are currently in Europe, before they return to the States for a tour which will continue until October.
