[Source: NME.com] Nick Cave is set to publish his second book, scheduled to be released on Tuesday 8 September via Faber and Faber.

The novel is his first since And the Ass Saw the Angel, which was first published in 1989, and will be reissued to coincide with the new book.

The book is entitled The Death of Bunny Munro and centres on a man who sells beauty products to the housewives of the south coast of England. Following the suicide of his wife, he decides to take a road trip with his nine-year-old son.

The novel is the latest in Cave’s multi-faceted career that includes many musical projects and the screenplay for the 2006 movie The Proposition.
