In the midst of their current Australian “Cosmic Egg” tour, Brisbane-based rockers Wolfmother have announced they’ll play a free show in Sydney on Friday 2 October.

The “Woman” outfit will help launch the new game Guitar Hero 5 with a free performance at a “take 40 Live” show in the Entertainment, Moore Park, Sydney, hitting the stage at 5.30pm.

Wolfmother, of course, appear on the new series of the hit game, alongside legends such as Iggy Pop, Iron Maiden, Nirvana, Bob Dylan and more.
