Could one of America’s highest profile celebrity couples be calling it quits? Word is spreading the two-and-a-half year relationship between singer Justin Timberlake and Hollywood actress Jessica Biel is on the skids, with various media reports claiming it’s all over.

The 28-year-old “SexyBack” singer – who’s been putting off making a follow-up to his smash hit 2006 LP, FutureSex/LoveSounds, to instead concentrate on other things such as his upcoming MTV reality series The Phone, on which he serves as executive producer – is said to have split from Biel over a month ago.

According to Us Weekly magazine, “After nearly three rocky years, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have called it quits. A mutual pal of the pair tells us that Justin has told friends, ‘It’s over,’ and that he ended it for good – over the phone.”
