She’s got her own hit with Disney’s Hannah Montana, but now American pop star Miley Cyrus has revealed she might be the only teenage lass on the planet not obsessed with the vampire Twilight series.

According to the 16-year-old singer/actress – who has recently inked a movie deal with Twilight’s production team to star in Wings, a new fantasy movie – the film versions of Stephanie Meyer’s cult hit book series don’t fascinate her at all.

“I’ve never seen it and I never will. I don’t believe in it. I don’t like vampires,” Cyrus says. “I don’t like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t like it. I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts. I don’t like any of it.”

With the premiere of The Twilight Saga: New Moon worldwide today, Cyrus says she won’t be rushing to the cinema or picking up the new soundtrack. “I feel really lame because everyone’s, like, so excited. I’m like, ‘Don’t even talk about it.’”’
