Poison frontman Bret Michaels will star in his own reality television show. Rock Of Love With Bret Michaels will see the singer, whose band scored hits in the 80s with "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" and "Unskinny Bop", looking for love. "The hard-rocking Poison frontman is looking for a woman who can truly keep up with his rock and roll lifestyle and not become jealous of his one true passion – performing, which has been the reason for and destruction of most of his relationships," a statement read. The programme will be similar to the hugely successful Flavor Of Love, in which Public Enemy rapper Flavor Flav starred. Michaels will live with "a bevy of beauties" in his Los Angeles mansion, who will perform various tasks and challenges in an effort to see who will best fit in with his lifestyle. Rock Of Love With Bret Michaels airs in July on VH1.
