​Miranda Lambert has been forced to cancel her Australian tour supporting Alan Jackson this week as she has fallen ill with a respitory infection. 

Lambert posted a statement on her website, stating "I was very much looking forward to Australia with Alan Jackson and performing for all the music lovers Down Under."

Jasmine Rae and McAlisteyr Kemp will replace Lambert on Jackson's tour, reportedly the fastest selling country music tour in Australia's history.
