[Source: NME.com] Lady Gaga's second studio album 'Born This Way' has been banned in Lebanon after it was deemed to be "offensive to Christianity."
Thousands of copies of the album were shipped to the Middle Eastern country this week, but were immediately impounded by Lebanese authorities. According to the Christian Post, the country's General Secretary Department took the decision "on grounds of bad taste."
This is the second time the singer has fallen foul of the authorities in Lebanon. Her most recent single 'Judas' was banned from being played on the country's radio stations on similar grounds to this.
The singer's first single from the album, the title track 'Born This Way' suffered a similar fate. It was banned from being played on radio stations in Malaysia after the country's authorities objected to its lyrics "promoting homosexuality."
