Ryan Adams is set to release a brand new album, 'Ashes & Fire', this October.
'Ashes & Fire' will be released on his own label, PAX-AM. Recorded at Hollywood's Sunset Sound Factory, the album was produced by Glyn Johns, father of Ethan Johns, who worked on Adams' albums 'Heartbreaker', 'Gold' and '29'. Johns Snr has previously worked with Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Who and The Rolling Stones.
Norah Jones sings backing vocals on a number of songs on the album, including 'Come Home', 'Save Me' and 'Kindness'.
