Melbourne four-piece
Magic Dirt have two major releases planned for 2007. The first disc, Roky's Room, has been described as the "noise" album and will be followed by mini-LP Beast. "Roky's Room is 11 tracks of screaming and howling guitars," frontwoman Adalita revealed. "This is the most extreme and experimental album we've ever produced. The tracks don't have names, only numbers. There are no drums or vocals. It may break your windows. "Beast is the slightly more 'adjusted' sister. Flat out and four-to-the-floor, swinging her mane, beating her feet, cage unlocked, Beast is a collection of seven of our most intense psycho-drama workouts." Magic Dirt are touring the country in July.
