• There are many different ways to appreciate an artist's catalogue. On the one hand, you can have comedy gold, and on the other, you can have something that has enough carats to resemble the real thing.

• Ok, they're not *all* solid gold hits, but there's a middle ground between weirdness and histrionics that actually works well when Shatner finds it.

• Common People, That's Me Trying and I Can't Get Behind That are the highlights, but have a laugh at the others - Shatner's in on the joke too.
  

• I’ve always had a bit of a soft spot for Kid Cudi – quality hip hop that knows how to have fun without doing a Black Eyed Pea$

• This latest album goes a bit darker and explores some interesting electronica territory. It hasn’t been received too well by critics, but I’m finding some love for it. Make up your own mind.

• ​Released in 1993, this is a great crossover album ie: you don’t need to even like Hip Hop ( I mostly don’t), but it is a classic.

• I have been counting down for this album release from my #1 artist... NKOTB!  It’s their first album since the release of ‘The Block’ back in 2008. Totally love these guys.. 10 represents 10th album release! This has to be my album of the year!  Can’t stop listening to it!
  

• This album brings out the best.. both musically and vocally! It has a mix of deep lyrical ballads, electro, pop feel to it. Joey McIntyre and Donnie Wahlberg are lead vocals on most tracks. 
  

• ​Second brilliant Album from ex New Zealander (Now living in Portland Oregon – Hello Portlandia!)  Ruban Nielsen, now working much closer with a band rather than recording everything himself in his basement!
   
• If you like alternative rock of the ilk of Tame Impala or love the psyh rock sounds of 60s music from the Beatles to The Pretty Things and don’t mind a dash of early 90s alt rock then you’ll love Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

• Slightly more produced sound than self titled debut but perfect combination of retro sounds with more modern experimental production techniques and, most importantly, great pop songs with an almost classical overtone running through many tracks.
